A complete 200-hour pathway designed for strong fundamentals, deep understanding, and teaching excellence. Our small group setting ensures a personalised, boutique learning experience.
4 Weeks Online
60 hours: Learn anywhere, at your pace.
8-Day Bali Intensive
60 hours: Immersive in-person training.
Post-Course Teaching
80 hours: Practical application for mastery.
We limit enrolment to a maximum of 12 students. This fosters a supportive and intimate learning environment.
Your Certification
Upon completion, become a Reform Academy Certified Mat + Reformer Instructor (200 Hours). You will be equipped to teach a diverse range of Pilates classes.

Who is this training for?
This training is for Pilates lovers who want to deepen their practice, aspiring instructors and existing teachers wanting a strong Mat + Reformer foundation. You do not need to be an advanced athlete—just committed and ready to learn.
Do I need prior Pilates experience?
Yes. A minimum of 20–30 Mat or Reformer classes is recommended before attending the in-person training.
What certification will I receive?
Graduates receive a Reform Academy – Mat + Reformer Pilates Teacher Training Certificate (200 Hours), certifying them to teach Mat and Beginner to Intermediate Reformer Pilates.
How is the training structured?
The course includes:
- Online pre-training modules (anatomy, theory, repertoire, cueing)
- 8 days of hands-on in-person training in Bali
- Post-Course Teaching – 80 Hours of practical application for mastery, allowing students to gain real teaching experience and confidence after graduation
Is this training internationally accredited?
Reform Academy is a private boutique training program and is not internationally accredited. However, it is designed to meet international teaching standards. Graduates receive a Reform Academy certificate and may apply to boutique studios, resorts and private clients. Hiring decisions depend on each studio.
What language is the training taught in?
The full training is delivered in English.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included. A recommended accommodation list near the studio will be provided.
Are refunds available?
All payments are strictly non-refundable due to limited capacity, digital content access and instructor preparation.
Can I transfer my enrolment?
Yes, with prior written approval from Reform Academy. Transfers are subject to availability and administration fees and must be requested at least 30 days before training begins.
When will I receive access to the online modules?
Once full payment is completed, access to the online learning portal is provided one month before the in-person training.
What happens if I miss a training day?
Full attendance is mandatory due to certification hour requirements. Emergency make-up sessions may be offered at the academy’s discretion.
Is this training physically demanding?
Yes. This is a physically and mentally immersive program with daily movement, Mat + Reformer practice, and teaching drills.
What should I bring?
Bring grip socks, comfortable activewear, a notebook or iPad and a reusable water bottle.
